Watch: Club agree ‘deal with Chelsea’ to sign attacker
In some breaking news coming out of Sky Sports this morning, another deal has been agreed involving Chelsea.
The club look to be super busy in these last 4 days of the summer transfer window, outgoings and arrivals.

The deal might not have gone through due to Bayer wanting an option to buy, but Chelsea would not have allowed that, and it now looks like a dry loan.
