GUNNERS: Arteta’s Arsenal receive good news ahead of their upcoming matches
Arsenal lost their first match of the season a few days ago but they have however received some good news ahead of their next matches.
Arsenal has had a great start to the new season as they have won five games and made only one lose which came on Sunday when they lost to Manchester United.
Arsenal has however in the last two weeks started getting some injury woes and this has worried the fans as they seemed to have everything going their way in their unbeaten run until Sunday at Old Trafford.
Arsenal recently lost their midfield star Thomas Partey to an injury and he has now missed a couple of games with the most recent one being the loss to Manchester United in which his presence was hugely missed by the North Londoners.
Arsenal lost their first match of the season on Sunday at the Old Trafford and some fans have attributed the loss to Thomas Partey not being available hence them hoping that he returns soon.
They might just get their wish as Thomas Partey has been selected in the Ghanaian football team squad that will play some friendly games in the upcoming international break as confirmed by Charles Watts.
This comes out as good news for the Arsenal fans as they have been wondering about when they would have Thomas Partey back into their squad but him getting called up shows that he might be feeling better at the moment.
The Arsenal supporters will now hope that he will be back in time for their next Premier League game which will be up against Everton as the gunners will be looking forward to go back to winning ways.
