Liverpool’s ‘exceptional’ player still has big support from Anfield insiders, amid claims of unrest
Liverpool forward Mo Salah might not be showing the sort of form he has done in recent seasons but there is no reason for Reds to panic just yet.
Salah has come under the microscope at the start of this season for a poor series of performances which have seen him score just two goals so far. The 30-year-old entered the season on the back of a big new contract, and the likes of Graeme Souness have questioned whether or not some complacency and unrest is creeping in.

However, according to a report from Goal, there is no such worries from inside the club as things stand. Indeed, Goal claims that Salah remains a ‘standard bearer’ in relation to his attitude, worth ethic, and performances in training.
The ‘exceptional‘ Salah has set such high standards in recent seasons that any sort of dip in form and performance level was always going to catch the eye. His lack of goals will be a concern for some, while Salah himself will be more than frustrated with not being able to hit the net as he’s used to doing.
But for now, it seems Liverpool fans can rest easy knowing that Salah is still trusted at the club. And over time, there has to be a belief that the Egyptian will find top form again.
