‘Very gifted’ player will be calling Zinchenko to tell Arteta to bring him to Arsenal, says pundit
Mykhaylo Mudryk has been linked with a move from Shakhtar Donetsk to Arsenal in recent weeks.
His Champions League performances will ensure he remains a man in demand and the Gunners could go back in for him in January.
Sky Sports pundit and former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell was asked for his thoughts on the Highbury Squad, and said he likes what he sees.

He said: “I like him. I’ve seen a few games of his. Not a lot. But whenever I’ve seen him, he’s looked lively, he’s looked good. Young lad, very gifted.
“I truly believe he is the right profile for Arsenal. He seems to have a great attitude. Again, I think he likes the Arsenal. Obviously, his (international) captain’s at Arsenal.
“So he’s probably ringing Zinny and saying ‘speak to the manager, get me over there’. He’s doing pretty well for himself at Shakhtar. He’s looking the part.
“Now he’s been linked to Arsenal, everybody’s watching him. I’d like Arsenal to have all the weapons. So no matter what, we could chop and change, and we’re still strong.”
Arsenal wanted another creative player before the end of the transfer window, although Pedro Neto topped their wishlist.
That focus shifted towards the midfield nearer to deadline day, with Mo Elneny and Thomas Partey injured at present, but Douglas Luiz did not arrive.
It remains to be seen what the priority will be come January, by which time Arsenal will hope to be in the knockout rounds of the Europa League and still around the lofty position they currently occupy.
