Bilisi puts ₦5 million on the line in an X post, where he said he was ready to challenge any “Obidient” to a ₦5 million bet over Peter Obi’s university classmates.
He asked anyone who could meet his challenge to come forward with evidence.
He disclosed that he wants a coursemate who graduated with Obi
He wants his challengers from the Obident Movement to provide one coursemate of Peter Obi at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, who also graduated alongside him.
He said the offer would remain open for one week.
Former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, attended UNN from 1980 to 1984.
Available biographical records show that Obi was admitted to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in 1980 and graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
Obi is also publicly recognised as an alumnus of the university and has returned to the institution for engagements with students.
As part of the challenge Bilisi proposes an escrow arrangement to ensure the proposed wager is independently verifiable.
Bilisi suggested that X personality Wizarab10 could serve as escrow.
He added the phrase, “No be Cho Cho Cho,” suggesting that he wants the challenge treated as a serious commitment rather than empty social media talk.
The challenge does not, by itself, establish any claim, Bilisi’s post is a challenge, not evidence that Peter Obi had no classmates or that no fellow student graduated with him.
Indeed, establishing such a claim would require reliable documentary or first-hand evidence from UNN records, contemporaries or other credible sources.
For now, the ₦5 million offer has turned the question into another social media contest, with Bilisi calling on Obi’s supporters to produce the evidence he says he wants.
