1. Avocados.

To provide your body with the necessary nutrients, you should consume more fruits, vegetables, and legumes.
3. Salt
A daily sodium intake above 2300 milligrammes (approximately a teaspoon of salt) is not recommended for optimal health. High blood pressure and fluid retention are caused by the kidneys’ increased effort to excrete excess sodium from the body.
If you are concerned about your kidney health, you should avoid salting your food. Instead, you should experiment with various seasonings and herbs. Avoid canned vegetables and soups, frozen pizza, and salad dressings due to their high sodium content.
4. Banana
If you have kidney disease or suspect you may develop it, a healthy diet and adequate nutrient intake are essential. Bananas and other foods high in potassium should be avoided by those with impaired kidney function, as they can be detrimental.
A banana (150 g) contains 537 mg of potassium, while a healthy adult requires between 3,500 and 4,700 mg per day.
However, if you have renal disease, you should limit your potassium intake because your body won’t be able to flush out the excess and it could cause severe health problems.
