Former Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, has said Chinese nationals are engaging in mining activities in dangerous places in Nigeria controlled by bandits and terrorists.
He said while other Western nations issue travel advisories to their citizens to avoid such places, the Chinese don’t mind going there, even if it means getting kidnapped.
He shared on X, “While Western nations issue travel advisory orders to their citizens citing security concerns in our country, the Chinese are engaged in mining activities in the most dangerous places in Niger and Zamfara where Bandits and terrorists are dreaded...READ FULL; FROM THE SOURCE.
“Kidnapping them today doesn’t stop them from going back the next day. I don’t know of any Nationality with such a daring tenacity and tendencies for money and resources like the Chinese. I guess that’s the code that propelled them to where they are today.”
