Former Senator who represented the Kogi West Senatorial District, Barrister Dino Melaye, has slammed former Deputy Governor of the state, Edward Onoja, over recent claims...READ FULL; FROM THE SOURCE.

DAILY POST reports that in a recent interview, Edward Onoja tackled former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, alleging betrayal.

According to the former deputy governor, Bello promised him succession but later ignored him and supported Usman Ododo.

Reacting to his outburst, Dino, in a post on his X handle, said Edward “aided Bello and should stop crying.”

The former lawmaker alleged that Edward Onoja orchestrated attacks on him, stressing that the former deputy governor boasted he would be “dead before the end of June 2017.”

He wrote: “Edward Onoja should keep quiet. He called Yahaya Bello his twin brother. He aided Bello and should stop crying.

“He instituted an FG case against me before Justice Goodluck’s court of the FCT High Court, which I won. He came to court as a witness. He was in charge of my recall and boasted I would be dead before the end of June 2017.

“They were behind my ordeals. Thank God I survived 4 assassination attempts where 12 people died, including my nephew, killed in our compound in Iluafon. Today he is whining. Watch this video… records don’t lie.”
