Naija News reports that through her legal representatives, Graylaw Partners, she accused both parties of publishing damaging content about her across social media platforms such as X, Instagram, and Facebook.

According to her, the posts have tarnished her reputation and affected her business interests.

Her lawyers issued separate cease-and-desist letters to Ugwuonye and Theisen, demanding that they remove all defamatory posts, issue a public apology, and publish retractions on the platforms where the statements were made.

In addition, she is demanding financial compensation of N1 billion from Ugwuonye and N500 million from Theisen.

The notice sent to Ugwuonye accused him of mishandling privileged information obtained during his past dealings with her, saying his conduct worsened the situation and exposed her to further harm.

The letter to Theisen alleged that she amplified false narratives about May online and encouraged others to spread them, thereby deepening the damage to her image.

Both parties were given a 48-hour deadline to meet the demands.

Her lawyers stated that failure to comply would lead to civil and criminal action aimed at protecting her rights and restoring her reputation.BREAKING NEWS: Did You Miss The 400 $ex T4pe of Equatorial Guinea senior official Baltasar Ebang Engonga? Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has opened up about a terrifying health scare that nearly cost him his life during a tonsil surgery.

The artiste revealed that the medical procedure took place around the time he released his hit single “Declan Rice.”

What was meant to be a simple surgery to remove his tonsils reportedly turned into a serious emergency that lasted several hours.

According to the rapper, the operation, which was supposed to take about 30 minutes, unexpectedly stretched into five hours due to complications.

Fortunately, another doctor who was usually far from the hospital happened to be nearby and quickly came to assist, helping to save his life.

After the procedure, Odumodublvck said he struggled with fear and uncertainty, believing he might not survive.

He recalled how he expressed this fear to his 71-year-old mother before eventually recovering.

He said in a viral video: “That’s so crazy because I thought I was going to d!e. That’s so crazy. When I dropped Declan Rice, that’s when I did the surgery. I took out my tonsils. I don’t have tonsils, and when I did the surgery the first time, this is the first time I’m saying this on camera.

“Surgery of 20 minutes or 30 minutes took five hours. The guy that was doing the surgery said that in 12 years of doing that surgery, he has never asked for help. But that day, he asked for help, and the guy he asked was staying one hour away.

“But that day when he called, he was two minutes away at the filling station. He just came in , even the hospital did not know he came in. He came like an angel and went. When the surgery was done, I thought I was actually going to d!e. I was telling my mother that I’m not going to make it.”
