Retrograde ejaculation

It is common to see men with diabetes facing retrograde ejaculation which is a condition where semen is released into the bladder during sexual activity. The man may begin to observe that he releases lesser semen during intimacy.

Lower testosterone level. This may be also caused by diabetes. Lower testosterone causes men to lose interest in intercourse, feel tired easily or depression.
