An emotional moment unfolded during the service of songs held in honour of late Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo as his sister-in-law shared touching memories of his life, marriage, and character.
Speaking at the ceremony in Lagos, she recalled the day the actor approached their family to seek the hand of his wife, Anwuli, in marriage, revealing that they immediately felt he was the right person for her.

“If you wanted to understand what true love looked like, you only needed to see Alexx and Anwuli together,” she said.
